Kilang Satay Ikan Hai Seng Hin or also known as Hai Seng Hin Satay Fish Factory is one of the latest tourists attraction in Pulau Pangkor ( Pangkor Island). The Fish Factory allow visitors to see the drying process of the sea food.
The sea food is freshly prepared by the local Malaysian Muslim. Due to the Covid 19 situation in Malaysia the factory manufacturing section is closed for visitors but viewable through a glass window panel, only the shop is open. You may purchase fresh dried sea food products such as dried fish (ikan kering), squid (sotong), dried prawn (udang kering) ,dried anchovies (ikan billis), shrimp paste (belacan paste), sea food snacks (sea food keropok), souvenirs and many more. A good opportunity to taste Malaysian delicious dried seafood.
The prices are affordable and a big variety of dried food available in the shop. For sea food lover, a recommendable place to visit while you are in Pangkor Island. You will be amazed by the products, just make sure you have some extra budget for the shopping.
