Mulberry fruit

Mulberry is from the berry family tree and it is harvested around June to August, and can be found around the globe in Europe, India, North Africa and the Middle East mostly tempered climate regions.

The mulberry color grows from a light yellow to red and turn to dark plum, and the taste is sweet-sour.

Some of the mulberries benefits are: improve digestion, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, protect eyes and improve the overall metabolism of the body, aid in weight loss, increase circulation, build bone tissues, and boost the immune system, slow down the aging process, also have anti-cancer benefits.
