Royal Parade, Alor Setar

On Tuesday, Dec 18, 2018, I had the privilege to watch the royal parade held in conjunction with the coronation ceremony of the 29th Sultan of Kedah, Sultan Sallehuddin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah.
It was a historic event, being he last happening almost 50 years ago. I had the chance to see the 29th Sultan of Kedah and his wife paraded and waving to public.

29 vehicles took part in the tour, to signify the number of sultans Kedah has had.

There were also elephants and horses taking part in the parade.
