Nasi Arab Hadramout Paradise, Kinta Riverfront is situated opposite of the Riverfront Hotel. If you are following my blog, you would already know that i am crazy over Nasi arab, Tom Yam and Nasi Campur.  We noticed the restaurant from our hotel. So we just go and try it.😋 The food is an authentic Arab, prepared by I believe Arab chefs. The restaurant is spacious and the service is excellent. The menu has various Arabic and western dishes. The prices are affordable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the food and the dessert. The portions are large. 
Caramel pudding is one of my favorite dessert, which is not easy to get in Malaysia.  Address: Kinta Riverfront K1, Jalan Lim Bo Seng, 30000 Ipoh

Fusilli Pasta with White Sauce
For Pasta:
  • 1 Pack of Fusilli Pasta
  • saltvegetable
  • margarine
  • water

Sauce:
  • 2 spoons margarine
  • 10 shrimps
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • finely diced onion
  • sliced or chopped mushrooms
  • water
  • cornstarch (dissolve in cold water)
  • soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

For Garnishing
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • red cili

Method

For Pasta:
Put water in a pot to boil, when it starts to boil add fusilli and let to boil for about 10 -15 minutes. When fusilli pasta has turned soft and ready, drain the water and add 2-3 tablespoons of margarine in the fusilli pasta and mix.

For Sauce:
·         Heat in a pot 2 spoons of margarine, add shrimps to fry for 2 minutes, add garlic,
and onion for 2 more minutes and add the sliced or chopped mushrooms, water and allow to cook for 5-10 minutes. At the end add the cornstarch, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and red cili.
Tips: A good recipe for vegetarian`s lovers also, just take out the shrimps from recipe.
